We ship both within The Gambia and internationally, to customers around the world.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within The Gambia: less than 24 hours
• International orders: 3 to 5 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, courier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically confirmed by phone call or SMS before dispatch. Once confirmed, we process and prepare your order for delivery as quickly as possible.

4. Payment on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Payment is made in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order, as orders not received or refused upon delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
