Only For The Quality ("we," "us," "our") is a business registered in The Gambia, specializing in the sale of perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products.

We sell perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and details displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color, packaging, or scent may occur due to differences in screen display, manufacturing batches, or supplier updates, and do not constitute a defect.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that the information provided (name, delivery address, contact details) is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or errors in pricing or product information.

4. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Payment is made in cash directly to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. Orders refused or not received upon delivery may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Within The Gambia: less than 24 hours
• International orders: 3 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in accordance with hygiene and safety standards applicable to cosmetic and perfumery products.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order — in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions.

7. Product Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and authenticity of the products we sell. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, please contact us at jimmomar6c@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.

• Misuse of products contrary to their intended purpose or instructions for use.

Our total liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the value of the order in question.
